I've never been to a circus before but when one came into town I couldn't help but want to go. Xavier love the Madagascar circus movie so I thought he would really get a kick out of it. It started at 7 but lasted almost 3 hours, which was pretty late for X. He had a really hard time after the intermission. But overall he enjoyed himself. I think he was in shock that we really were there for a decent chunk of time.
I didn't really get any pictures during the circus itself. I really just wanted to enjoy it without worryng about taking the pictures. I honestly felt bad for the animals. I would hope there is some standard for how they have to treat them but it all just seemed sad. X didn't seem to mind but I'm not sure we'd go back. it was a good, once in a life thing.
