Laughlin Trip

Matt and I went to Laughlin a few weeks ago and it was completely awesome. I wish I had taken more pictures but I was so relaxed and just enjoying everything that I kept forgetting. I know, weird for me since usually my first instinct. I had never been before so I was skeptic because I had heard it was just for older people and not any fun. Well I must be truly an old soul because I thought it was much better than Vegas. There weren't really any crowds and we were able to find cheap tables and our rooms were only $19 a night. Awesome!

We gambled, saw a movie, ate dinner with my cousin Kimberly and did some shopping. My favorite part was being right on the river. Some places had little beach access points so I would get to sit down there and read in the sun. It was awesome. Plus there weren't ever any lines. So we got right into restaurants. I don't think this replaced Vegas for us, it's just nice for a laid-back vacation. Anyways I will stop boring you and show the few pictures I have.

Our view from the room. I wish I had gotten one during the day because we could see the river.

These fish are huge and the ducks are crazy. They would fight for food and run the fish over but the fish would like gum on them.

I just wanted a picture of the Starbucks sign because I thought it was pretty and this is what I got. I can't help but love him :)

This picture just brings it all back for me. That boat looking thing was our hotel and those stairs are the one that lead to the beach I'd sit on most of the time. Ahhh I want to go back!
