Spring has definitely woken up all the wildlife around here lately. This is my second favorite time of year, next to fall. It has been so much fun to show X all the animals. We've been outside a lot lately, trying to get all the freaking weeds out of the backyard and our grass started. X's newest hobby has been trying to catch lizards. I don't know what he will do when he finally does though.
We have had tons of Jack Rabbits around lately. X loves them, he thinks they are the funniest things ever.
Baby birds! They are so cute. I love when they opened their mouths and squawked. They're gone now and we took down the nest. Even though they are the cutest things ever they did make a huge mess and I didn't want to have to worry about X playing out there in bird poo.
