Imagination Time!

Xavier has an amazing imagination honestly it makes me so proud. He comes up with all these different stories and people. I love listening to him play. The things he absorbs listening to us talk are amazing. I guess it's true, kids this age are a sponge! Anyways here are some of the times I caught him playing in July.

He loves to race his cars, sometimes he will give me one and tell me whether I get to win or loose.
Setting up the cars for a race

On your mark, get set, go!

And one by one they're off!

I came out of the kitchen one morning to find X in his block box. I asked him what he was doing and he said, I'm in a boat mommom! I'm going to find new land and stuff. Hi ho, hi ho!

(I just love that his spork is his paddle)

Here are the robot "lympics" (Olympics). It was Plyx vs Spider. I'm not sure where he heard about the Olympics but he had these toys doing all sorts of races and fights.

X really loves to mimic the things we tell him, so here he is putting cookie monster down for a nap because he's cranky.

Telling Cookie Monster that he needs to lay down and not get up or he won't get any cookies.

Covering him up nice with his blankie.

And giving him hugs and kisses.

After a long two minute nap, Cookie is awake and gets his favorite snack!
